VALLEY CITY EXPERIENCED PRODUCTION WELDER
This position is responsible for welding together metal components of products as specified by layout, blueprints, diagrams, work orders, weld procedures or verbal instructions, using mig-welding. This position utilizes production-based wages. Pay is based on a $45/hr. wage and determined by hour of weld per product. For example, if a weldment has been calculated to take 5 hrs. to weld, earned pay for that weldment would be $225 ($45/hr. X 5 hrs. of weld). This position offers schedule flexibility, but a minimum of 35 calculated hours is required per typical work week. A valid OSHA 10 certificate is required within 60 days from hire date. All weldments to be welded per specification. Rework time is not reimbursed. This position does include our full-time employee benefit package.
COOPERSTOWN PRODUCTION WELDER

This position is responsible for assembling metal product, partially or completely, and positioning parts. You will assemble according to knowledge of the unit or following blueprints, diagrams, layouts, or oral instruction. Pay is by hour and based on experience.

ASSY 3: Entry level
COOPERSTOWN PRODUCTION FABRICATOR
In this role one must be knowledgeable and capable of operating fabrication machines that may include Break, Plasma, Punch Press, Saw, Shear Operations, and Laser. Pay is by hour and based on experience.
