BLACK MAX HEAVY DUTY TRACTOR SNOWBLOWERS

Black Max heavy-duty snowblowers are built to withstand the use of today's high horsepower tractors, through a heavy duty 55 series PTO assembly, coupled directly to the gear box. The fan is protected by two 5/16" shear bolts. Black Max snowblowers are constructed of heavy gauge steel with all four corners braced to the 3-point uni-body type construction. Large 17" throat allows maximum snow removal. Heavy 14" augers, with 4" high tensile steel center tube, are driven by #80 roller chain. All bearings are re-greasable and the cutting edge bolts on and is replaceable.

The spout is hydraulically driven in a 220 ° arc by a hydraulic motor (standard on all models). There are no cables to break or expensive worm gears to replace.

Shear bolts are easily accessible on gearbox end of drive line. Specially designed Black Max heavy duty gearbox has 1000 RPM input with 540 RPM output to fan. It uses intermeshing gears rather than chains & sprockets commonly found on competing snowblowers. It is designed and will withstand today's higher horsepower tractors with less chance of failure. The gearbox requires no chains to tighten!
